Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients by first mashing the bananas then adding and mixing the rest of the wet ingredients.

  3. To the same bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix again to form a loose, wet “dough.”

  4. Spray an 8x4 bread pan with oil, wipe the oil with a paper towel to evenly spread the oil and dust flour on the oil to insure the bread does not stick to the pan.

  5. Pour the mixture into the bread pan and bake ~60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
